Rochelle has over 25 years’ experience in clinical and leadership roles across state government disability services, private practice and the non-government sector.

Rochelle is well known for the warm and engaging approach she brings to therapy with both children and adults.

She uses a range of therapeutic approaches but primarily draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Rochelle has a long term passion for working with children and adults with disabilities, in particular people with autism spectrum disorder. She also has extensive experience in psychoeducational assessments for children with learning and intellectual disabilities and in the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Rochelle has Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Psychological Practice and Master of Clinical Psychology. She holds registration with the Psychology Board of Australia with clinical endorsement and is a member of the APS College of clinical Psychologists.

Brenna has worked across a number of settings including schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community disability organisations, youth organisations and private practice.

She supports people between the ages of 9 to 90 years old who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Brenna supports individuals who are experiencing anxiety or depression as a result of having to adjust to life transitions such as sustaining significant injuries, chronic pain, retirement, transitioning from school to work or the breakdown of the family unit.

Having first-hand experience as both a teacher and student, Brenna appreciates that people learn and process things differently. Brenna has become known for her creative approach to therapy, she is able to adapt in order to fit each individual's learning styles, age and interests.

Brenna's formal training and approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solutions Based Therapy, Exposure Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Haidee provides psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults for a range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, social skills, behaviour concerns, parenting relationship issues, work issues, and other challenges. She supports children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Haidee works collaboratively with families and schools to foster children's social and emotional wellbeing and academic progress.

Haidee is a registered psychologist with a master's degree in School Psychology. She is also a registered teacher. Over the past 15 years she has worked in a range of educational settings, as well as in community mental health organisations and in private practice. She has significant experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, migrants and refugees. She has completed specialised training and supervision in the area of Perinatal Psychology, and has a particular interest in working with women who are affected by mental health conditions during the first year of parenthood.

Haidee aims to provide a safe space for people to build insight and understanding of themselves, develop new ways to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, and make positive changes in their lives that are sustainable over time. She uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches but she primarily draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She works hard to respond to the unique needs and goals of each individual in a collaborative, flexible and strengths-based manner. She is passionate about helping people to improve their wellbeing and to move towards more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Haidee has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Politics), a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a Master of School Psychology. She holds registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Psychologists and Counsellors in Schools (APACS). She has previously worked as a high school teacher, school counsellor, subject coordinator, deputy principal, and school psychologist.

Kerry has over 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings. This has included hospitals, community based services and private practice.

Kerry has wide experience in psychological assessment and is able to assess and diagnose a range of conditions including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, specific learning disorders and intellectual disability.

Kerry is passionate about understanding the whole child and works very much from a strengths-based framework to help children reach their potential. Kerry enjoys working therapeutically within a broad range of areas including anxiety and depression.

She also consults with the Independent Schools Association on ways to support children with mental health diagnoses and challenging behaviour at school.
She often runs workshops for parents and teachers covering a variety of topics including growth mindset, ways to support mental wellbeing, understanding challenging behaviour, anxiety and autism spectrum disorder.

Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in providing a range of psychological services to individuals, families, schools and organisations.  She has worked in private practice, school, community and residential care settings. Lisa also has experience working in child protection, family reunification, and youth homelessness settings.

Lisa works in a collaborative and non-judgemental manner and is passionate about working with children, adolescents and adults to improve their wellbeing. In addition, she frequently consults with families, teachers, support staff and other allied health professionals to improve their ability to support their children.   Lisa regularly conducts comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students experiencing learning difficulties, and to diagnose conditions such as intellectual disability, specific learning disorders and ADHD.

She has a particular interest in supporting adolescents to understand and manage their mental health and improve their wellbeing. She also has an interest and experience in helping her clients to recover from traumatic and adverse life experiences.
Lisa completed her Honours in Psychology and Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Flinders University.

She has also received specialist training in Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Child and Adolescent Psychology. Her therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, though she tailors her approach to each individual client in a strengths-based manner.

She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia with Clinical Endorsement and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Nataly Veal is a Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting individuals across all age groups, including children, young people, and adults with mental health concerns, learning difficulties, and disabilities. Nataly has specific interests in autism and ADHD.

With over a decade of experience in diverse settings, including public, private, and independent school systems, Nataly possesses a wealth of knowledge in psychoeducational assessments and can identify and provide recommendations for various conditions, such as intellectual disability, specific learning disorders (e.g., dyslexia), as well as gifted and talented learners.

Nataly's therapeutic style is warm and engaging, and she is dedicated to employing a strength-based and values-driven approach that empowers clients to achieve their goals. When working with neurodivergent children who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs, Nataly adopts a child-centered approach. Nataly collaborates with parents, teachers, and other allied health professionals to develop effective strategies across home and school settings.

When working with adolescents, Nataly's kind and empathic therapy style enables her to foster strong relationships and provide genuine understanding and support throughout their life challenges. She also extends her expertise to adults, assisting them in improving their mental health, life outlook, and overall well-being.

As a committed professional, Nataly provides clinical supervision to early career psychologists as well as clinicians in registrar programs seeking practice endorsement. Her guidance and mentorship empower fellow practitioners to refine their skills and deliver exceptional care.

Stephi is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia.

She has experience working in the school setting with children with a range of intellectual and multiple disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, global developmental delay and syndrome disorders.

Stephi has training in the SOS Approach to Feeding and SENSE-ational Mealtimes; these strategies support children who are fussy eaters or have restricted diets due to sensory issues.

Stephi uses a relational approach to build on functional communication goals in therapy. She strives to make sessions fun, engaging and meaningful for both parent and client.

Stephi uses a ‘toolbox’ approach, drawing from a number of communication and interaction approaches in therapy. She has experience with a range of Alternative and Augmentative Communication strategies, including low-tech (photos, schedules, choice making) and high-tech options (tablet technology with communication applications).

She works with pre- and school aged children with speech sound disorders, language disorders, intellectual disabilities, pre- or nonverbal individuals and fussy eaters.

Dr Sadia Chaudry has over 14 years of experience working as a highly skilled General Paediatrician, managing a wide range of complex illnesses that effect children in various sub-specialities such as endocrinology, cardiology, nephrology, neonatology and others. Sadia’s warm and easy demeanour makes her an ideal doctor to approach for discreet, trustworthy and highly competent consultations with children.

She is accredited by Autism SA for diagnosing autism spectrum disorders. This accreditation compliments her ability to manage children with complex medical conditions such as developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit and other behavioural conditions. She is an expert in dealing with at risk and emotionally dysregulated young people.

Graduating from her medicine degree in 1996, she completed a four-year fellowship in general paediatrics, followed by a six-year fellowship as a General Paediatrician at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She is currently working at Adelaide Youth Training Centre and Mount Gambier Hospital.

Dr John Callary has over 25 years’ experience as a psychiatrist. John presently works in private practice in Adelaide and Pt Augusta and is also a RANZCP examiner and tutor at Glenside Hospital.

John has previously worked as Clinical Director at headspace Adelaide, SA Director of Psychiatry Training and staff specialist at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

John works with young people and their families and his clinical interests include learning and developmental disorders, organic psychiatry and early onset psychosis.

John is able to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and young people up to the age of 18 for GPs and other members of the treating team, this includes diagnostic assessments, treatment advice (particularly medication related) and second opinions. All appointments require a current GP referral for a comprehensive psychiatric review (MBS 291).

Genevieve has experience working in government, not-for profit organisations, and private practice settings. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults within a broad range of concerns including anxiety and depression.
Genevieve's down to earth, non-judgemental, and friendly approach allows her clients to feel comfortable and supported throughout therapy. She has experience and interest in working with women who are impacted by mental health difficulties within the perinatal period. Genevieve also enjoys working with adolescents and understands that this can be a particularly difficult time of life to navigate. She has experience in providing support to children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. In addition to therapy, she offers Psychoeducational assessments to explore and diagnose learning and other disorders.

She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with clients, however tailors therapy to the individual and draws from several therapeutic approaches in her practice. She aims to provide all clients with a safe space to explore their mental health and build upon their wellbeing.

Rachael is a clinical psychologist with significant experience. She has worked with a range of individuals from different backgrounds at varying stages of life who are dealing with challenging circumstances.

Rachael started her career as a sessional couple’s therapist at Relationships Australia in Perth before moving to Sydney and working in a community drug and alcohol treatment service with groups and individuals dealing with addiction issues. During that time she also worked in a Women’s Drug Rehabilitation Centre and at Unifam with families and young people post separation.

Rachael’s areas of interest include working with the effects of trauma as well as engaging with couples and supporting families and individuals dealing with the impacts of brain injury to find effective ways to live full and meaningful lives.

She recognises the importance of using various approaches to assist clients to take risks, build greater understanding of themselves and develop ways to make changes that are sustainable over time.

Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Stephanie integrates her knowledge of childhood development and evidence-based practices to provide both assessment and therapy services, targeted to a client’s individual needs.

Eloisa does not treat avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) or individuals with a body mass index (BMI) below 14.5 and she does not offer family based therapy (FBT).

She also has an interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Eloisa utilises evidence-based frameworks in her practice, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Schema Therapy to provide the most effective support for her clients.

Issy is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting her community in Southern Adelaide. Issy believes it is important to work together as equals with her clients and understands that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential in recovery.

Ashlyn is passionate about providing person-centred practice that embraces and affirms neurodiversity and is led by the unique strengths of each individual.

Ashlyn’s comprehensive background in speech pathology ranges from consulting in private practice, early learning and education, aquatic therapy, academia, and clinical education. Presently, her practice is centred on providing assessments and tailored therapy for children and adolescents, with a primary focus of supporting young people to develop their communication skills.

Her steadfast commitment to supporting parents of children with special needs underscores her holistic approach to care.

More recently, Melissa has enjoyed the complexities of diagnosing autism spectrum disorders in both children and adult cases. Her skill in differentially diagnosing autism from other childhood neurodevelopmental disorders is complemented by significant experience in addressing behavioural issues and trauma in children.

Melissa's multifaceted approach reflects her unwavering commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals with diverse needs and challenges.

Madeline is a dedicated Registered Psychologist, having earned her Master of Professional Psychology from Flinders University in 2023, alongside a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Honours Degree in Psychology.

Madeline brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having worked in child protection settings in regional North Queensland, as well as private practice and not-for-profit organisations where she provided assessments and therapy to individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries.

Madelaine is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and young people aged 16 and over. Her approach incorporates humour and collaborative discovery, empowering individuals to develop resilience against future challenges.

With an interest in addressing concerns such as anxiety, perfectionism, body image, emotion regulation, stress, and self-esteem, Madelaine employs a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Madelaine has undergone specific training in interventions including Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and its shortened alternative, CBT-T to support individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating. Madelaine does not treat avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, individuals with a body mass index below 16, pica, or rumination disorder, nor does she offer family-based therapy.

As a scientist-practitioner, Madelaine holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She maintains both research and clinical roles, enabling her to stay up to date on the latest psychological evidence. Her research focusses on areas such as perfectionism, body image, and eating disorders, whilst Madelaine’s clinical background has included roles in both public and private sectors, facilitating both individual and group therapy.

Cayetana is a passionate and dedicated Counsellor who approaches life with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind.

With a bachelor's degree in counselling and a distinguished Dux award for academic excellence, Cayetana's expertise is grounded in a solid foundation of knowledge and skill.

Cayetana’s approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and non-judgemental. Incorporating elements of compassion, openness & flexibility into evidence-based approaches to ensure depth and diversity in her practice.

She believes in establishing safe, open, and trusting relationships with clients that foster personal growth. Through this collaborative approach, Cayetana aims to empower individuals to navigate personal challenges, explore new perspectives and develop new ways to live healthier lives.

Committed to professional growth, Cayetana is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in counselling and sexual health.

Beyond her personal endeavors, Cayetana enjoys reading and aims to learn at least one new thing a day. Most of all, she loves having her feet firmly planted in nature.

Thomas is a skilled clinician with a wealth of experience in delievering psychological therapy and counselling to individuals and groups within a diverse range of settings across government and non-government organisations.

Thomas works collectively with clients and their support networks to provide psychoeducation, foster improved wellbeing and deepen their understanding and management of mental health challenges.

Specialising in a broad range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy, Thomas tailors his style and approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Thomas provides services at Solasta Klemzig and also has availability to support clients at Port Adelaide.

Acting as the Solasta’s Centre Coordinator, Niki has been an integral part of the organisation since its opening in 2021.

Prior to joining Solasta, Niki built a successful career in the financial industry, specialising as a Financial Adviser for over 15 years. With her financial qualifications and extensive experience, she owned and managed her own practice in the United Kingdom before relocating to Australia in 2012.

Niki is very passionate about her role at Solasta and values the relationships she cultivates with colleagues and clients and resonates deeply with Solasta’s inspiring concept of "Shine Your Brightest," which empowers individuals to unlock their full potential.

Niki is focused on ensuring that clients receive high levels of customer service whilst her natural leadership qualities enable her to guide and motivate the team. Drawing upon her financial expertise, Niki also plays a crucial role in the business development at Solasta.

Ashleigh Waite is a key member of the administration support team at Solasta. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology at Uni SA, she brings a unique perspective to her role, aligning her studies with her professional aspirations.

Jessica is a dedicated Administration Officer who has become an integral part of the Solasta team since the opening of its Christies Beach location.

Jessica holds a double degree from Flinders University, where she earned a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts. Driven by an interest in the field of psychology and her passion for mental health, Jessica transitioned from teaching and thrives in her role at Solasta.

Jessica’s adeptness in building meaningful relationships and commitment to creating a positive experience for all clients at Solasta is a testament to her empathetic and compassionate nature. Debbie Jones is a key member of the administration support team, playing a crucial role as the initial point of contact for individuals connecting with Solasta.

With over 40 years of experience in medical administration, including management roles and work in hospitals, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position at Solasta.

Debbie finds great fulfillment in her role and takes pride in being able to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support, without possessing clinical skills.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at the University of Adelaide, Tahlia has a strong passion for psychology and is committed to furthering her education by pursuing honours and masters in the field.

Tahlia's previous experience in retail positions have honed her exceptional customer service skills and she finds joy in interacting with others and building strong relationships with clients. Her friendly nature and ability to make others feel heard and comfortable creates a welcoming atmosphere whilst her energy brightens up any room.
